Culinary health coaching is designed to help you reach your health and wellness goals starting in the kitchen. It's not about complicated rules or trendy diets. And it's not about restrictive thinking.

Coaching programs include a health assessment, goal setting, sessions that provide supportive accountability, resources, even virtual cooking sessions. Many health coaching programs do not include the opportunity to do hands-on training together but I believe doing is the key to success.​​​​
