Food has the power not only to satisfy our appetites but it can nourish, protect, and heal our bodies. When we are well-nourished, we can get more out of life.

Culinary health coaching is designed to help you reach your health and wellness goals starting in the kitchen. It's not about complicated rules or trendy diets. And it's not about restrictive thinking.

My philosophy is based on meeting you where you are (no judgment here!) and helping you to tackle your own specific challenges, whether it's:

  • learning home cooking skills,

  • meal planning,

  • efficient and economical grocery shopping,

  • creating meals to help you achieve and maintain your healthiest weight, or

  • understanding how to create amazing meals from plants

    Coaching programs include a thorough health assessment, goal setting, sessions that provide supportive accountability, resources, and even live (or virtual) cooking sessions. Many health coaching programs do not include the opportunity to do hands-on training together but I believe doing is the key to success.​​​​

My programs provide structure for learning but are tailored to address your specific goals and challenges with room for customizing to suit your tastes, preferences, and time limits. Coaching sessions are every other week or weekly based on your goals and budget. And sessions can be scheduled online or in person.

     6-week programs that focus on tackling specific short-term challenges. adapting to special diets, or addressing learning curves related to healthy cooking habits.

    12-week programs help you experience the evidence-based health benefits of healthy, plant-based cooking using nutrition education, habit-building, and cooking programs tailored to specific health goals.

    6-month programs help you fully transition to a lifestyle where you thrive. Based on whole food, plant-based eating and incorporates pillars of lifestyle medicine, and a holistic approach to overall wellness. Perfect for addressing general wellness or specific health concerns.
