My recipes are influenced by doctors, scientists, and thought-leaders in the field of whole-food, plant-based nutrition and inspired by compassion for people, animals, and our planet.

I'll come to your home and see your kitchen set up. You'll choose your meals and we'll talk about portions, packaging, and schedule.

I'll Cook

After shopping, I'll arrive at your house to create your meals. Your kitchen will be clean and your fridge will be stocked with effortless, healthy meals! You do not need to be home.

You'll Eat!

Open the fridge, choose a meal, reheat, and relax! No more takeout or dinnertime stress! No more sacrificing your health because you're too busy to eat well or follow the doctor's orders.

Standard Service

  • Designed for weekly or bi-monthly 

  • Choose from a weekly menu

  • Ranges from $175 (3 to 4 entreés & sides) to $350, depending on family size and number of meals

  • Cost of groceries not included

  • No subscription or commitment

Perfect for busy, health-conscious people and those who want to reclaim their health, lower their cholesterol, lose weight, lower inflammation, or recover faster through plant-based eating. A wonderful gift for new moms and loved ones!

  • Rates start at $40/hour with 2-hour minimum 

  • Cooking special dishes or for special occasions
