This 1-hour class will help you get a creative and nourishing dinner on the table quickly for family or friends. It will feature elements of the classic Salad Nicoise like a fresh herb vinaigrette, potatoes, green beans, garden veggies, and olives, and showcase a scrumptious plant-based tuna salad. The sweet corn gazpacho is an easy blender soup that will round out the meal and cool you down!
