A Natural Approach to Heart Health: A Nutrition and Cooking Workshop

Why Take This Class?

Your heart is an important organ! This interactive class will equip you with the knowledge and practical skills to take action to strengthen your heart health with simple diet and lifestyle changes. We'll dive into important cardiovascular risk factors like high blood pressure and high cholesterol and offer recipes and nutrition strategies that can improve or even reverse these conditions. The goal is to guide you toward adopting a healthier, low-fat plant-based diet so you can reduce your risk of cardiovascular disease.


The class includes a video and cooking demonstration, and tasting delicious, heart-friendly dishes. Participants will also receive handouts with easy and affordable recipes to prepare at home.
