Nutrition Education and Cooking Skills for Your Healthiest Self

Dietary choices have a powerful effect on our health and longevity. Food for Life is an award-winning nutrition education and cooking class program that provides an innovative approach to diet-related chronic diseases and an overall approach to plant-based eating. Designed by doctors, registered dieticians, and scientists, and developed by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, these classes take the guesswork out of healthy eating. Covering a wide variety of diet-related conditions and diseases, Food for Life classes include instructional videos, cooking lessons, resources, and recipes. Some topics are single classes and others are taught as part of a series. Take them with a group or schedule a private class for help with your individual concerns.
